Eutrophy doesn’t demand change of products’ purchase places. Mentioned below rules will help you to purchase correctly foodstuff needed for a healthy diet.

1. Make the list of purchases beforehand. Planning of purchases will make your shopping more effective and will lower probability of casual purchases.

Making the list of purchases, take into account your diet and select products reasoning from it.

It is desirable that your purchases included: carrots, celery, apples, pears, oranges, fresh berries, grapes, low-fat cottage cheese, low-calorie yoghurts and so on.

2. Buying foodstuff give preference to fresh and not processed ones, as buying half-finished products you lose an opportunity to control mixture of ingredient in them, and it leads to consumption of superfluous amount of fats and calories.

3. Do not buy foodstuff on an empty stomach. Such shopping can lead to purchase of too fat and high-calorific food. If you have to go shopping hungry, then drink before a little water or eat some fruit.

4. Read labels on products. Almost any of them contain information on ingredients and caloric content. These data will help you to get only that food, which you need.
