There is one important point in struggle against superfluous kg - how many you can eat at one sitting and what food stuffs. It is impossible to tell unambiguously, that eating low-calorie foodstuffs will provide growing thin. For example, cookies contain fewer calories, than nuts. For example, nuts almost do not contain carbohydrates, despite of high fat percentage. But cookies contain saccharose and starch - carbohydrates which are quickly assimilated.
