Dietary foods which give satiety: nuts and dried fruits
Nuts and sunflower seeds are high-calorific food-stuffs. On the average they contain about 500-600 kcal in 100 g, some may contain about 200 kcal. But they almost don’t have carbohydrates, therefore in small quantities they can be eaten without harm for a figure. 10-15 peanuts, cashews of filbert, pistachios are enough to satisfy hunger for a long time.
Dried fruits. The majority of dried fruits are soaked in glucose syrup, that is in sugar. It is unacceptable for a figure and is not useful for an organism. It would be better to buy dried fruits in packing, with the indicated content of useful substances, and also caloric content and the content of carbohydrates. For example:
